O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®)
More Sensation. Better Control. Your Own Biology.
Most women don’t talk about this. Not to their friends. Not always even to their doctor. The gradual loss of sensation, the dryness, the leakage when you laugh or sneeze, the intercourse that used to feel good and now just doesn’t — these things happen quietly, and for a long time, women have been told to simply accept them as part of getting older. You don’t have to.
The O-Shot® — Orgasm Shot® — uses platelet-rich plasma concentrated from your own blood to regenerate the tissue that determines intimate sensation, lubrication, and bladder control. Not hormones. Not surgery. Not a foreign substance of any kind. Just the healing factors already inside your body, redirected precisely where they need to go.
Thomas Pulice, PA-C is a certified O-Shot® provider at Las Vegas Aesthetics, personally trained by Dr. Charles Runels’ — the same physician who invented and developed the Vampire Facelift® and the P-Shot®. Whether you're managing incontinence, navigating the effects of menopause, increased lubrication, recovering postpartum, or simply want more from your intimate life — this is the consultation worth having.
The O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®) is a regenerative treatment developed by Dr. Charles Runels that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to rejuvenate vaginal and clitoral tissue. The growth factors in concentrated PRP stimulate new blood vessel formation, improve nerve sensitivity, enhance natural lubrication, and support the tissue structures responsible for both sexual function and bladder control.
It is not a hormone. It is not a drug. Nothing foreign is introduced into your body. The entire treatment uses biology you already have — concentrated and delivered precisely where your body needs it most.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) contains growth factors your body already uses to heal and regenerate tissue. The O-Shot® delivers them directly to the clitoris and anterior vaginal wall — at a concentration your body would never achieve on its own — triggering a measurable regenerative response.
The Procedure, Step by Step
The appointment takes approximately 60 minutes. Here is exactly what happens:
• A strong topical numbing cream is applied thoroughly to the treatment area before anything else. Comfort is the priority.
• A minimum of 60 cc’s of blood is drawn from your arm. Anything less than 60cc’s is not considered “Gold standard.”
• The sample is placed in a centrifuge and spun to isolate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
• The PRP is painlessly & precisely injected into the clitoris and the anterior vaginal wall (the O-Spot), where it stimulates tissue regeneration, nerve sensitivity, and improved blood flow.
• The entire injection process takes only a few minutes. Most patients describe the experience as far less intimidating than they expected.
• No bandages. No restrictions. Most women return to normal activity the same day.
Over the following weeks, the growth factors stimulate a measurable regenerative response — new blood vessel formation, improved nerve sensitivity, better lubrication, and stronger tissue function. Results typically develop and deepen over 4 to 12 weeks and can last 12 months or longer. In some cases, a repeat procedure is requested for additional benefit.
Urinary Incontinence & Stress Incontinence
One in 20 women, at “age 20” are coping with Stress urinary incontinence — the leakage that happens when you laugh, cough, sneeze, or exercise — is one of the most common and least-discussed challenges women face after childbirth, with aging, or following hormonal changes. The high school girl who dreamed of being on the cheerleading team must quit because of the embarrassment of leakage. O-Shot® delivers PRP directly to the tissue around the urethra, Skene’s gland and bladder neck, stimulating regeneration, lubrications and improving the structural support that controls urinary function. Many patients report meaningful improvement within weeks. For women who have managed this quietly for years, the change can be life-altering.
Low Libido & Reduced Sensitivity
Sexual desire and sensation are closely tied to vascular health and nerve function — both of which decline with age, hormonal shifts, and certain medications. The O-Shot® improves blood flow to the clitoris and vaginal tissue, enhances nerve sensitivity, and creates the physiological conditions for a more responsive, satisfying sexual experience. This is not a psychological fix. It is a tissue-level change that many women describe as restoring something they thought was simply gone.
One of our patients — a healthy woman in her late 30s — had gone more than a year at a time without being able to achieve orgasm. Seven weeks after her O-Shot®, she called to tell us that not only had that changed, but for the first time in her life, she’d experienced multiple orgasms in a single encounter. She’s returned for two more treatments since.
Painful Intercourse (Dyspareunia)
Dyspareunia — pain during intercourse — can result from tissue thinning, reduced lubrication, scarring, or inflammation. Sometimes referred to as “sex with 1000 razor blades.” PRP therapy addresses all of these at the root by regenerating the tissue that makes intercourse comfortable. As the vaginal walls thicken, lubrication improves, and nerve sensitivity normalizes, many women report the complete resolution of discomfort that had persisted for years.
Menopausal Symptoms & Genitourinary Syndrome (GSM)
Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) is the clinical term for the cluster of changes that affect the vagina and urinary tract as estrogen levels decline — dryness, irritation, increased urinary urgency, and painful intercourse. The O-Shot® offers a non-hormonal approach to addressing these changes directly, by regenerating the tissue rather than supplementing the hormone. For women who cannot or prefer not to use hormone therapy, this is a meaningful alternative with lasting results.
Lichen Sclerosus
Lichen sclerosus is a chronic inflammatory skin condition affecting the vulvar and perianal tissue, causing thinning, whitening, scarring, and significant discomfort. PRP therapy has shown encouraging clinical results in supporting tissue remodeling and reducing the inflammation that drives lichen sclerosus progression. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, we approach lichen sclerosus as part of a comprehensive intimate wellness protocol. A free consultation with Tom will clarify whether the O-Shot® is appropriate for your specific presentation.
Postpartum Recovery
Childbirth — vaginal delivery in particular — places significant strain on the pelvic floor, vaginal tissue, and surrounding nerve structures. Many women experience a lasting change in sensation, lubrication, and continence that standard recovery alone does not fully address. The O-Shot® supports postpartum tissue regeneration, helping to restore the function and sensitivity that can diminish after delivery.
Combined with the Magic Button Shot™
For women who want enhanced and accelerated results, Las Vegas Aesthetics offers the Magic Button Shot™ — a proprietary combination treatment pairing the O-Shot® with Dysport, administered to the clitoral area immediately following the PRP injection. Just as P-Tox™ works synergistically with the P-Shot® for men, the Magic Button Shot™ uses Dysport as a neuromodulator to relax smooth muscle tissue, amplifying sensitivity and accelerating the regenerative response. Where PRP builds results over weeks, Dysport acts within days — the two work together on different timelines, producing results that neither achieves alone.
One recent patient called to tell us the Magic Button Shot™ was “a complete game changer.” Three weeks later, she reported her husband had already volunteered to pay for the next one.
The Magic Button Shot™ is available as a discounted add-on to your O-Shot® appointment.
Combined with the Vampire Facial®
Because the O-Shot® generates concentrated PRP from your blood draw, there is often additional plasma available from the same session. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, we offer a same-day Vampire Facial® combination — applying the extra PRP to the face via microneedling for skin rejuvenation at no additional blood draw. Two regenerative treatments, one appointment, one blood draw. Ask about combining during your free consultation.
Why the O-Shot® at Las Vegas Aesthetics Is Different
Every provider who offers PRP treatments is not offering the same thing. The outcome depends almost entirely on three variables: the concentration of the plasma, the precision of the injection technique, and the experience of the provider. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, all three are exceptional.
Superior PRP Concentration
The platelet concentration in PRP varies dramatically based on centrifuge protocol and preparation technique. Thomas Pulice, PA-C uses an advanced preparation process specifically optimized to maximize growth factor concentration — because the potency of the PRP directly determines the quality of the regenerative response.
Injection Precision
The O-Shot® protocol requires delivering PRP to very specific anatomical structures — the clitoris and the anterior vaginal wall. Placement matters, but volume matters too. Most providers follow the standard protocol exactly as taught. Tom went further.
He sought out advanced, personalized training alongside urologists with 25 years of specialized experience — practitioners based in Chicago and New York whose expertise commands upwards of $5,000 for a single training engagement. What that training revealed: delivering significantly more PRP than the standard protocol specifies produces measurably better outcomes. Twice the volume. Twice the regenerative signal. Not a shortcut — a refinement that comes from learning at the highest level.
Tom has performed hundreds of O-Shot® procedures and knows exactly where results come from — and exactly how much PRP it takes to get there.
A Provider Who Knows Your Case
Tom doesn’t hand you off to a technician. He draws your blood, prepares your plasma, performs your injection, and follows your progress. If your protocol needs adjustment, he adjusts it. If combining the Magic Button Shot™ or a Vampire Facial® will produce a better outcome for you specifically, he’ll tell you — and explain exactly why.

What Results Can You Expect, and When?
Most women notice the first signs of improvement within two to four weeks. The most significant gains typically emerge between weeks six and twelve as the PRP-stimulated regenerative process reaches full activity. Results often continue to improve for several months and can last 12 months or longer.
| Timeframe | What to Expect |
|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | Initial tissue response; some women notice early changes in sensitivity and lubrication |
| Weeks 3–6 | Improved blood flow, better lubrication, early reduction in incontinence episodes |
| Weeks 6–12 | Most significant improvements in sensitivity, orgasm quality, and bladder control |
| Months 3–6 | Full regenerative response; results often at their peak |
| Up to 12+ months | Results typically last 12 months or longer before maintenance is considered |
Individual results vary depending on the specific condition being treated, hormonal status, overall health, and whether additional treatments (Magic Button Shot™) are part of the protocol. During your free consultation, Tom will give you an honest, personalized assessment of what results look like for your specific situation.
Your Provider: Thomas Pulice, PA-C
Thomas Pulice, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant, founder of Las Vegas Aesthetics, and a certified O-Shot® provider trained personally by the inventor; Dr. Charles Runels — the same physician who developed the P-Shot®, and the full family of Vampire® procedures.
Tom’s expertise with platelet-rich therapies didn’t begin in aesthetics — it began in the operating room. Since 1998, he has worked with platelets in cardiothoracic surgery, contributing to over 5,000 open-heart surgery cases where PRP was a critical component of patient care. That clinical depth is the foundation of everything he does today. He has been performing the O-Shot® protocol specifically for 12 years — making him one of the most experienced O-Shot® providers in the country.
His approach to intimate wellness is grounded in the same precision he brought to the surgical suite: advanced PRP preparation, precise injection technique, and a genuine commitment to patient outcomes. He takes time to understand each patient’s specific concerns — whether that’s stress incontinence, menopausal symptoms, postpartum recovery, or simply wanting more from their intimate life — and builds a protocol around those goals.
Tom’s patients travel from Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, nationally and internationally — because word travels when results are real.
“Intimate health is something women have been told to be quiet about for a long time. My job is to give them real options, real information, and real results — in a space where they feel completely comfortable asking the questions they’ve never had a chance to ask.” — Thomas Pulice, PA-C
Below are the most common questions clients ask before their O-Shot® appointment. Every treatment is customized for natural, comfortable results, so you always know what to expect.
What is the O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®)?
The O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot®) is a regenerative medical treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the patient’s own blood to improve female intimate wellness. Developed by Dr. Charles Runels, it involves concentrating the growth factors in your blood and injecting them precisely into the clitoris and anterior vaginal wall, where they stimulate new blood vessel formation, nerve regeneration, improved lubrication, and stronger tissue function. It is used to treat urinary incontinence, reduced sensitivity, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), lichen sclerosis, and postpartum tissue recovery. It is performed at Las Vegas Aesthetics in Las Vegas, NV by Thomas Pulice, PA-C.
Does the O-Shot® actually work?
Yes. The O-Shot® has demonstrated consistent clinical results across multiple conditions affecting female intimate wellness. By delivering concentrated PRP to the clitoris and vaginal tissue, the treatment stimulates new blood vessel formation, improves nerve sensitivity, and supports tissue regeneration. Results typically develop over 4 to 12 weeks and can last 12 months or longer. It is most effective for women with stress urinary incontinence, reduced sensitivity, dyspareunia, GSM, and those seeking non-hormonal alternatives for menopausal symptoms. Thomas Pulice, PA-C at Las Vegas Aesthetics is a certified O-Shot® provider trained personally by the inventor; Dr. Charles Runels, with 12 years of experience performing the O-Shot® protocol specifically.
What conditions does the O-Shot® treat?
The O-Shot® treats a range of female intimate health concerns, including: stress urinary incontinence (leakage during coughing, sneezing, or exercise), reduced sexual sensitivity and difficulty achieving orgasm, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), genitourinary syndrome of menopause (dryness, irritation, urinary urgency), lichen sclerosis, low libido, and postpartum tissue recovery. At Las Vegas Aesthetics in Las Vegas, NV, each treatment protocol is customized based on the patient’s specific condition and goals.
How is the O-Shot® different from hormone therapy?
Hormone therapy addresses intimate wellness concerns by supplementing declining estrogen levels. The O-Shot® addresses them by regenerating the tissue directly — improving blood flow, nerve sensitivity, and vaginal wall thickness without introducing any hormones or synthetic substances. Because PRP is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of systemic side effects associated with hormonal treatments. For women who cannot use hormone therapy (due to cancer history, for example) or who prefer a non-hormonal approach, the O-Shot® is a compelling alternative. Many women use both approaches in coordination with their physician.
Is the O-Shot® painful?
Most patients experience little to no discomfort. Before the procedure, a thorough topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area. Thomas Pulice, PA-C has found through extensive clinical experience that topical numbing alone produces excellent comfort — the vast majority of patients describe the injection itself as mild. The entire injection process takes only a few minutes, and most women describe the experience as far less intimidating than they anticipated. There is no significant soreness afterward, and you can return to normal activities the same day.
What should I look for and watch out for, when choosing an O-Shot® provider?
The most important question to ask any provider is how much blood they draw. It sounds like a small detail. It isn’t.
The standard teaching instructs providers to inject 4–5cc of PRP. Because of this, many clinics perform only a 10cc blood draw — reasoning that after the red blood cells are separated out, roughly 5cc of plasma remains to inject. What this misses is that simply removing the red blood cells is not the same as concentrating the platelets. You’re not concentrating anything. You’re moving 10cc worth of platelets into a 5cc delivery. At best, that produces a concentration of 1.6 to 1.8 times baseline — and the clinical data is clear that the therapeutic threshold for meaningful tissue regeneration requires at least 4 to 5 times concentration.
At Las Vegas Aesthetics, Thomas Pulice, PA-C draws 60cc of blood. That volume, processed correctly, produces a concentration of approximately six times baseline — precisely within the therapeutic range where PRP produces a measurable regenerative response. It is not the industry standard. It is the standard his patients receive.
If a provider cannot tell you their draw volume and resulting concentration, that is your answer.
How long does an O-Shot® appointment take?
The complete appointment — from blood draw through PRP preparation to the final injection — typically takes 60 minutes at Las Vegas Aesthetics. Plan for approximately 60 minutes from arrival to departure. If you are combining the O-Shot® with the Magic Button Shot™ or a Vampire Facial®, add additional time for consultation and the combined treatment.
When will I see results from the O-Shot®?
Most patients begin noticing changes within three to four weeks, with the most significant improvements typically emerging between weeks six and twelve as the PRP-stimulated regenerative process reaches full activity. Improvements in lubrication and sensitivity often appear earliest. Reduction in urinary incontinence typically develops over six to twelve weeks. Some women continue to see improvement for up to six months following treatment. Results often last 12 months or longer before a maintenance session is considered.
How many O-Shot® treatments will I need?
Many patients achieve excellent results with a single O-Shot® treatment. Women with more advanced conditions — particularly chronic urinary incontinence, lichen sclerosus, or significant postpartum tissue changes — may benefit from a series of two to three treatments spaced several weeks to months apart. Thomas Pulice, PA-C will give you a personalized recommendation during your free consultation based on your specific health history, condition severity, and goals.
What is the Magic Button Shot™?
The Magic Button Shot™ is a proprietary combination treatment offered at Las Vegas Aesthetics that pairs the O-Shot® with Dysport (a neuromodulator, similar to Botox) administered to the clitoral area immediately following the PRP injection. Dysport relaxes the smooth muscle tissue, producing enhanced sensitivity and amplifying the regenerative effects of the O-Shot®. Because Dysport acts quickly while PRP rebuilds tissue over time, the combination produces faster visible results than PRP alone. The Magic Button Shot™ is available separately or as a discounted add-on to your O-Shot® appointment.
Can the O-Shot® be combined with other treatments?
Yes. At Las Vegas Aesthetics, we offer two powerful combination options. The Magic Button Shot™ combines the O-Shot® with Dysport for enhanced sensitivity and accelerated results. We also offer same-day Vampire Facial® combination — because the O-Shot® requires a blood draw that generates PRP, any remaining plasma can be applied to the face via microneedling in the same appointment, providing skin rejuvenation with no additional blood draw. Both combinations are designed to maximize the value of a single visit.
How much does the O-Shot® cost in Las Vegas?
Pricing for the O-Shot® at Las Vegas Aesthetics depends on the specific protocol recommended, including whether it is combined with the Magic Button Shot™ or a Vampire Facial®. We offer free consultations with no obligation so you can understand exactly what treatment looks like for your situation and receive transparent pricing before committing. Call 725-527-8211 or book online. Financing options are also available.
Is the O-Shot® safe? Are there side effects?
Yes, the O-Shot® is considered safe when performed by a trained, certified provider. Because PRP is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. Side effects are minimal and may include mild temporary sensitivity at the injection site. Thomas Pulice, PA-C is a certified O-Shot® provider who follows the protocol established by Dr. Charles Runels. A full health history review is conducted during your free consultation before any treatment is recommended.
Can the O-Shot® help with lichen sclerosus?
PRP therapy has shown encouraging clinical results in the treatment of lichen sclerosus — a chronic inflammatory condition affecting vulvar tissue. The growth factors in PRP help support tissue remodeling and reduce the inflammation that drives lichen sclerosus progression. While results vary, many patients report meaningful improvement in comfort and tissue quality over a series of treatments. Las Vegas Aesthetics treats lichen sclerosus as part of a comprehensive intimate wellness protocol. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific situation with Thomas Pulice, PA-C.
